Hannibal 3phase Industrial Battery Charger 220VDC- 900A is the modern power source for the working electrical industry sector. Hannibal’s industrial Rectifieres feature reliable and robust hardware design, and intelligent and smart software functions and are developed with the customers and their business in mind. Continuity of process control is critical across a vast range of industrial markets: Data Center and Server Rooms, Healthcare and Medical Equipment, Pharmaceutical, Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Industries, Chemical, Power Generation and Distribution, Semiconductor, Automotive, & Renewable Energy and Telecommunication and IT.
This Battery Charger is a 12-pulse thyristor-controlled, fully digital, static AC/DC rectifier with constant voltage / constant current characteristics. This system is like the DC part of our Industrial UPS and has a Galvanic isolation transformer. Battery Charger is Scada ready through free contacts and communication features (Modbus protocol; RS-485 or TCP/IP port).
Hannibal Industrial Battery Charger can offer THD<3% and different kinds of filters like Anti Harmonic Filte- LC filter, RFI Filter, and also passive filters.
Hannibal DC UPS or Battery Chargers in outdoor cabinets and IP54, are widely used in different industries such as Power Generation, Power Distribution, Power Transmission, Manufacturing, Transportation, Mining, Oil & Gas with different applications such as Alarm, Control, Signal, and Supply of DC Breakers in Power Plants, Substations, Switchgears, Railways, and Offshore Plants.
This Battery charger is 220VDC- 900A and can work with different battery types like Ni-CD / VRLA/ OPZV/ OPZV/ Lithium ion, for the DC Voltage regulator, we use a Dropper diode system as a DC-DC converter. But as standard, we can offer 180 Pieces Ni-Cd – 18 Pieces VRLA or 110Pieces OPZV/OPZS
The function of this item is to drop/decrease the voltage on the load. If there is no dropper diode, the battery voltage (float or boost) will be directly reflected to the load. If there is no dropper in the system and the float or boost voltage is higher than the maximum operating voltage of the load, then the load may not operate and be damaged. The dropper consists of diodes that are connected in serial and made on-line or off-line by a contractor. The quantity of the dropper diodes and steps on the dropper circuit is based on the load operating voltage range, battery quantity, and battery charge voltage (float and boost).
